I worked at this company for a few weeks in October in 2011, and again in March 2013. I've always been bothered by their logo though, as it's just very obvious to me that it was designed by someone who doesn't know much about type design. As such, I decided to fix the logo and made a presentation to show the directors. They were very impressed and decided to pay me for my work and started using my updated version.

This presentation was first done in Dutch and then translated to English, so if you notice a Dutch word or something which is obviously translated incorrectly, let me know.
