Commentary:
Proforma is a visual identity design studio based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Initially, Helvetica was used for the type. I think it's hardly justified to use Helvetica for a logo in most contexts; it's an over-used typeface and therefore too prolific, which should generally be avoided in logos. That's why I designed this new typeface which is based on Helvetica. It consists of less vector points and features several improvements.

Oh had a look at the site. It looks excellent in context. Though I can't help but feel I'm looking at the child of some good friends. (That is, Myriad and Helvetica.)
